My name is Tim, I live near Liverpool and I’m 22. I graduated in 2006 from the University of Nottingham with an MA Economic Development & Policy Analysis following a BSc Economics.

I currently flex my intellectual muscles working as a barman, but in September 2007 will start work with the UK Government as an Assistant Economist. I have spent some time volunteering in Tanzania, working at an adult education centre, teaching English and Computing.

I have previously worked many minimum-wage beer-money jobs in catering, retail and hospitality. I also spent 3 months as an economist intern with the Department for Transport (which provided significantly more beer-money).
